Valley Legal is a small firm, and we believe that is a strength. Clients work directly with an attorney, not a rotating roster of staff, and receive focused, personal attention throughout their matter.
We aim to communicate clearly and promptly, explain legal concepts in plain language, and help clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions.
Fees and Billing
Fee arrangements are set case by case. What suits a matter depends on its complexity, how far it is likely to go, and how much of that can be judged at the outset, so the arrangement is agreed with you for your matter rather than taken from a standard menu.
Where the scope of a matter can be defined at the start, that often means a flat fee: a set amount agreed before the work begins, so you know what representation will cost instead of watching an hourly clock. Other matters are better handled on a different basis, and some cannot be scoped until more is known.
Whatever the arrangement, you will know it before you commit. We will always discuss fees and billing clearly with you before you agree to representation.
